The project aims to raise awareness on climate change among children at three schools, as well as to encourage them to take practical steps to care for and protect the environment.

The launch was attended by several religious and civil leaders and partners, including: Archbishop Dr. Sami Shehata, Archbishop of the Anglican Province of Alexandria; Anba Armia, Secretary General of the House of the Egyptian Family (HEF); Dr. Sheikh Abu Zeid el Amir, Coordinator of the HEF; Archbishop-Emeritus Dr. Mouneer Anis, the Centre’s Director-General; sister Samiha, principle of Saint Joseph School in Zamalek; and Mr. Magdy Abu Saad, Principle of the Anglican School in the city of Menouf. The launch was also attended by relevant teachers, public figures and officials.

The project aims to do interactive environmental activities and trips with the children from the initial 3 schools, on an in-person basis, while reaching more than 50,000 children through the use of social media.
